Its own database, stored in Sydney
Each client's platform runs on its own database, in Sydney, so your records never share a database with another client's.
Custom software for Australian contractors
We build one system for your jobs, in place of the spreadsheets, paper forms and separate apps. Crews use it on a phone, the office on a desktop.
Example platform for Ostler Build, a fictional commercial builder, at projects.ostlerbuild.com.au. Modules switched on: dashboard, incidents, defects, ITPs, RFIs, site meetings, SWMS and programme. The record is an incident, a water leak at the level 4 riser, with location, time and photos. Workflow rule: logging an incident raises a defect for the trade, with the photos and location. The site manager logs it from a phone, and defect DEF-0312 is raised for the plumber.
Example platforms for three fictional contractors. Each one is set up around that business: its modules, forms, sign-off rules and roles.
Why built around your business
On a typical job the facts sit in a spreadsheet, a paper form, an inbox and two or three apps. Site writes it down, the office types it in again, and nobody sees the whole job in one place.
Site writes it down and the office types it in again. Every copy is another chance for the two to disagree, and someone has to work out which one is right.
Signatures, photos and test results are chased by phone and email, then hunted for again when the client asks for them.
Off-the-shelf platforms are built for everyone, so your forms and sign-off rules bend to fit their screens. Where they do not fit, the work goes back to paper and spreadsheets.
We build it the other way round. Your system is set up around the forms, sign-off rules and roles your business already uses.
See what a platform doesWhat a platform does
We switch on the modules your business uses and set each one up with your own forms, templates, sign-off rules and roles. They share one record, so a change in one place reaches every record that depends on it, in the office and on the crew's phone.

Each one is switched on for your business and set up with your forms, templates, sign-off rules and roles. Integrations with the tools you already use are confirmed in scoping.
How a project runs
You only commit to the first three weeks. Every step ends with something you can see, so you decide on the next one with everything in front of you.
Stage 1 · ScopingThree weeks, fixed fee
A kickoff call on your priorities, what success looks like in a year and what has to be live first. Send us your current forms, registers and checklists, and we read them all before we start.
Everyone involved works through a demo of the platform and marks each screen must have, nice to have or not needed. It takes 15 to 30 minutes each, on a phone, in their own time.
At the playback you get the scope module by module, the phases and a firm price for each, with the demo updated to match. Decide in your own time: it commits you to nothing further.
Stage 2 · BuildA firm price for each phase
We set it up on one of your current projects first. Your team uses it on real work, and we sort out anything that needs changing before it goes company-wide.
One phase at a time, each approved before it starts, until every project runs on your platform.
Stage 3 · OngoingUnder a licence
We host it, support it, keep your integrations working and keep improving it after it goes live. Your data stays yours, with a full export whenever you ask.
It starts with a 30-minute call. Tell us how your jobs run today and we will tell you where a platform would start, and whether it is the right fit.

This is how we build every platform, in the terms your IT team and your clients will ask about. The security pack sets it out in writing.
Each client's platform runs on its own database, in Sydney, so your records never share a database with another client's.
Database rules keep each company's records apart and limit each person to what their role allows.
Subcontractors, consultants and clients sign or upload through links that expire and can be revoked, with no account needed.
Files are held and checked by what they actually contain.
For admins, and for anyone who signs or approves.
Once a document is signed off, its signed content cannot be edited.
